Sample submission guidance
Follow these guidelines to ensure your sample arrives in good condition and can be processed without delay.
Packaging
Seal liquid samples in a leak-proof container and place inside a resealable bag. Solid or flower samples should be in an airtight container. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap before boxing.
Labelling
Write your name, email address, and the testing panel requested on the outside of the inner container. Include a copy of your completed sample submission form inside the outer box.
Postage
We provide a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label with every booking. Drop your parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point. You will receive an email confirmation when your sample is received.
Sample quantity
Most panels require a minimum of 2–5g or 2–5ml. Novel Food compliance packages require at least 10g. We will confirm the exact quantity required when you book.
Turnaround and reporting
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from sample receipt for cannabinoid profiling and terpene analysis. Pesticide, heavy metal, and microbial panels take 3–7 working days. You will receive a secure download link for your certificate of analysis by email when your report is ready.
